Laobanji East China Regional Headquarters Project


The ultimate goal of digitalization is to improve quality and efficiency and expand the business. To meet the needs of business expansion, Lao Xiang Ji has built its East China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai. The total construction area of the project is over 70,000 square meters. Once completed, it will integrate functions such as product precision processing, warehousing, distribution, R & D, training, office work, and Internet services. At the same time, it will undertake the raw material distribution function for the Lao Xiang Ji stores in Shanghai. The commissioning of this project will effectively support the business expansion of Lao Xiang Ji. After completion, the number of its stores nationwide is expected to increase to 1,200.

Food purification workshops must control the overall temperature and humidity. The materials for walls and ceilings should meet requirements such as corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, antibacterial properties, and anti-static capabilities. For the Lao Xiang Ji Food East China Headquarters project, the wallboards and ceiling boards of the workshop adopt the Hongxinyuan Keli Net® CleanBox® Handmade Clean Panel series products.

The Keli Net® Clean Panel features two sides of colored baked paint hot-dipped aluminum core steel plate, framed by a cold-formed profile frame around the perimeter, and the core material is composed of a combination of magnesia board and rock wool. It has an aesthetically pleasing surface, low noise, and the panel as a whole provides excellent insulation, thermal preservation, shock resistance, and fire performance. With accurate geometric dimensions, it is widely used in clean rooms across various industries due to its good economic efficiency and excellent adaptability.
