Typical problems of composite boards
In the production process, if the process is not properly controlled, it is easy to lead to the deterioration of the performance of the plate, cracking and bulging, which not only affects the beauty of the building, but also threatens the structural safety and energy saving effect.
Extensive processing: the bonding process is not up to standard resulting in bulge cracking and degumming, accelerating the aging of the plate. The rough cutting and bending process results in sharp burrs on the edge of the plate, and the core material at the incision is exposed, opening a channel for water vapor penetration.
Surface material defects: The inferior plate mostly uses low-strength substrate, easy to crack or rebound deformation, the surface coating thickness is uneven, the color difference is obvious, and the rapid powder fading under the sun, only one or two years will show old.
Core material hidden trouble: some processing technology and material selection fail to effectively control the core material closed cell rate and density uniformity, extensive process leads to performance attenuation, the material is easy to absorb moisture, condensate water corrosion internal structure in winter, and even cause the whole insulation layer to collapse, completely lose the heat insulation function.
