The 35th China Refrigeration Expo officially kicked off at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing.

This year's expo, themed "Digital Empowerment Expands New Tracks, Strengthens Foundations, and Promotes Win-Win Collaboration," spans an exhibition area of 106,800 square meters. Nearly 1,000 industry brands from 27 countries and regions showcased their cutting-edge innovations.
As a leader in high-efficiency, sustainable, and green intelligent building envelope systems, Hongxinyuan joined forces with Wanhua Chemical to debut pioneering cold storage enclosure system products and professional cold storage solutions at the Refrigeration Expo. This initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and drive the green transformation of the industry.
At the exhibition, Hongxinyuan showcased its cold storage enclosure systems, high-end metal curtain wall systems, cleanroom enclosure systems, and roof and wall system solutions. These offerings comprehensively demonstrated an integrated approach to green intelligent buildings, blending technology, experience, and space, delivering a spectacular experience for attendees.
Innovative Cold Storage Solutions
Hongxinyuan and Wanhua Chemical collaborated to develop a low-conductivity, high-flame-retardant PIR panel system, paired with a B1-grade spray coating system. The showcased cold storage panels ranged from 50mm to 250mm in thickness, suitable for various low-temperature cold storage facilities, controlled atmosphere warehouses, and large-scale cold chain logistics centers. These panels provide a one-stop, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly solution for cold storage construction.
Flame-Retardant Mechanism Research
Wanhua Chemical developed several high-flame-retardant special polyesters, enhancing foam charring performance during combustion.
Special structural reactive polyether esters were introduced to minimize steric hindrance effects.
Catalyst System Research
A proprietary trimer catalyst enhances trimer content.
The system improves foam curing and adhesion with base materials.
Additive Development
Enhanced solubility aids flow, density distribution, and reduces foaming agent loss, resulting in smoother panel surfaces.
Innovative Products
Hongxinyuan launched the seamless corner Qilin Panel, featuring advanced production techniques that allow for more architectural possibilities. The curved corners are processed seamlessly and elegantly, exuding a high-end aesthetic appeal.
The TAX Alloy Curtain Wall Series Composite Panel combines durability and elegance. The TAX series integrates multiple functionalities, offering excellent insulation, soundproofing, and decorative properties, suitable for diverse architectural needs.
Hongxinyuan also introduced explosion-proof wall panels, a novel material combining load-bearing, insulation, soundproofing, fire resistance, and explosion-proof capabilities. These lightweight, high-strength panels are factory-produced and designed for explosion-prone facilities, minimizing secondary damage during explosions.
