Beijing Oriental Enterprise Project
Beijing Oriental Enterprise Project
The BOE OLED Advanced Module Project is located in the Science and Technology City Central Development Zone of Mianyang High-tech Zone. The total construction area is approximately 720,000 square meters. Its products are widely used in high-end mobile phones and new types of mobile display products.
The project uses KeWangde® QuadFacade® series panels. The four-sided tongue-and-groove processing method creates a flat and smooth wall surface, fully demonstrating the elegant and strong metallic texture of the building. The core material is made of pure rock wool. As a non-combustible material, the rock wool core has a melting temperature of over 1000°C. It can effectively block the spread of flames during a fire and minimize fire losses to the greatest extent.
The project used approximately 15,000 square meters of panels in total. For the exterior wall color, Flash Gold Grey and Off-White Grey were selected. The combination of gold and grey achieves a harmonious and unified look, presenting not only a high-end texture but also a sense of stability and brightness in the color scheme.
Rock wool composite panels have significant advantages in tensile strength, bonding performance, flatness, waterproof performance, structural design, and construction operability. They address the deficiencies of traditional rock wool boards in terms of mechanical properties, greatly extending the service life of the panels. With excellent fireproof performance, the combustion grade reaches Class A.
With the project's production and operation coming into full play, it will undoubtedly inject strong momentum into the high-quality economic development of Mianyang High-tech Zone. It will contribute to strengthening, extending, and complementing the industrial chain of the new display industry in Mianyang High-tech Zone, enhancing the core competitiveness of the high-tech zone and even the city's electronic information industry. Moreover, it will inject new energy into the construction of the regional new display industry cluster.
